Feelings and experiences of immigrants coming to the United States.

While looking through the pictures, it seemed like most people looked nervous for what was coming next. Most of the kids look unhappy, but it was probably from the long journey and not understanding why they were there. Most of the adults did look nervous, but they seemed somewhat excited to see what life in the United States had in store for them. The fact that it was also the turn of the century, they were excited to see when was in store for them at the beginning of the next century.
